Castle Hill Autos is currently seeking an enthusiastic & motivated Assistant Service Manager for our growing multi-brand automotive business in Castle Hill. This position is for an immediate start and for someone wanting to work in a busy setting with exceptional training provided to further their career.

Whilst a high level of automotive technical knowledge is expected, this is a customer contact role with a focus on delivering a high level of service to our customers.
To succeed in this role, you will be expected to: n

Assist customers with bookings and service enquiries
n
Quote on service and repairs
n
Process repair orders and invoices
n
Liaise with mechanics, salespeople and other internal staff
n
Ensure customer satisfaction is achievedMeet and exceed sales targets set by management
n
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes: nn
Experience in ERA
n
Self-motivated
n
Well organised
n
Able to work in a team workplace
n
Have excellent customer service and communication skills
n
Be willing to learn
n
Neat and tidy appearance
