We are working with a rapidly growing specialist contractor delivering major civil, infrastructure, data centre and underground power packages across Melbourne.
The business, based in West Melbourne, works closely with Tier 1 contractors, developers and authorities, with a solid pipeline of projects secured.
Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join the team and play a key role in the next stage of the business.
The Role Lead and oversee multiple projects and project teams.
Take ownership of project delivery, programme, cost, quality and safety.
Manage subcontractors, clients, Tier 1 contractors and authorities.
Provide strong leadership and direction across a sizeable team.
Drive accountability and ensure projects are delivered successfully.
Work closely with senior management on project performance and business growth.
About You Proven experience as a Construction Manager or Senior Project Manager.
Genuine leadership capability and experience managing sizeable teams.




Strong project management discipline and commercial awareness.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable working within a fast-paced project delivery environment.
Civil, data centre, underground power or utilities experience highly regarded.
Experience working as a subcontractor to Tier 1 contractors or authorities highly regarded.
Benefits $180k – $220k++ depending on experience.
