Providence Medical Umina is seeking a friendly, organised Medical Receptionistto join our busy general practice on a full-time basis.
Weekend shifts required.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcoming patients and providing excellent front desk service
Managing phone calls and appointment bookings
General administration and reception duties
Supporting smooth day-to-day clinic operations
About You:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
Previous reception/admin experience (medical highly regarded)
Experience with medical software (Best Practice)
Knowledge of Medicare billing processes
