We have ongoing trusted and valued working relationships with Major Mining Engineering Contractors who operate in the Project Space, Shutdown Maintenance, Construction workplace within the Mining Industry.
Our Project and Shutdown Maintenance Division is one of the busiest across the WA Australian Mining Industry with consistent ongoing FIFO Rosters and Shutdowns across RIO, FMG, BHP, Roy Hill and Newcrest sites.
2XM Recruit is currently seeking experienced Dozer operators for FIFO roles ex Perth $70 per hour for first 4 swings, after that $65 per hour 2:1 roster – day shift Operating D9 Start: ASAP Site: Rio Tinto Hope downs 1 Scope of works: GPS and Final trim must be comfortable with steep terrain work in the dozer, pushing batters.




The incline is about 18 degrees so it's quite steep Civil earthworks / Rehab projects Requirements Operator ticket – min 3 years experience Needs Final trim/ GPS experience White card Clean and current police clearance Rio Inducted desirable but not essential – would need to complete Face to face and online inductions Drivers license Ability to pass pre employment medical and D A 2 contactable references that can provide details of operating experience Must live in Perth no interstate applications accepted Benefits of working for 2XM Recruit: Weekly pay An opportunity to work for an employer that has demonstrated a willingness to transition on-hired casual employees to fulltime roles N.B. – Please note all shortlisted candidates will be contacted and given further information and asked in for a short face to face interview and registration.
