Job Description

Monadelphous seeks an experienced E&I; Supervisor to join our Engineering and Construction division on a wind farm project in the Pilbara. The role is fixed-term, overseeing electrical assembly and installation of wind turbines for a 17-turbine pilot with potential scale.

Working FIFO on a 2:1 roster, you will lead, mentor and coach the workforce while ensuring safety, productivity and adherence to client requirements and Monadelphous procedures.
