Job Description

Maitland Indoor Sports Centre is seeking a Centre Manager to lead a busy venue that hosts competitions, events and two brands under one roof. You'll manage a team of senior and junior staff, drive sales, own KPIs, and ensure excellent customer experiences for players, families and the wider community.

Reporting to the General Manager, you'll oversee day-to-day operations, sponsorships, and member retention, with a hands-on approach and a focus on performance, culture and results.
