This role is for a designer who understands the difference between designing for farmers and designing about farming .

n

We’re partnering with a rapid-growing Australian AgTech business that helps sheep and cattle producers manage their properties more efficiently. Fresh from a multimillion-dollar Series B raise and expanding across the US, they’re now building a stronger in-house creative team.

n

You’ll join a marketing team of seven and report to an experienced Creative Director. Social media is the heart of the role, supported by campaigns, print, field days and agricultural trade shows.

What you’ll create n

n
Paid and organic social content, carousels and light-motion assets
n
Campaigns, product launches and educational content
n
Figma design systems and reusable templates
n
Field-day displays, signage, banners and brochures
n
Web graphics, emails, digital advertising and sales collateral
n

What we’re looking for nn
4+ years’ experience in brand, graphic or digital design
n
Robust Figma, Illustrator and Photoshop skills
n
Experience across social design and print production
n




Agency experience is highly regarded
n
A portfolio showing effective, commercially focused creative
n

Most importantly, you’ll understand the customer.

n

They’re sheep and cattle producers who are practical, time-poor and straight-talking. They want helpful information, credible products and communication that gets to the point.

n

You don’t have to be a farmer, but you do need a genuine connection to agriculture, rural Australia or the people who work on the land. Perhaps you grew up regionally, have family in farming, or have designed for livestock, rural, trade, machinery or agricultural brands.
