Job Description Project Manager - IT Infrastructure Location: Melbourne CBD (Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week) Salary: $140,000 – $150,000 pkg (Inc. Super) Contract: 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract Work Type: Full Time About the Role We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Project Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract based in the Melbourne CBD.
In this role, you will lead end-to-end delivery of key infrastructure initiatives across both Waterfall and Agile environments, managing projects across Fixed Price and Time Material (T M) delivery models in a adaptable hybrid arrangement.
Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and monitor IT infrastructure projects from inception through to completion.
Manage project delivery models including Fixed Price and Time Material contracts.
Drive project schedules, scope, risk, and resource management using hybrid (Waterfall Agile) frameworks.
Engage with stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional technical teams to ensure seamless delivery.




Maintain program and portfolio tracking using PPPM platforms and project management tools.
Skills Experience Technical Experience: Strong background delivering complex IT Infrastructure projects.
Security Clearance: Must hold an active AGSVA Baseline Clearance , or be an Australian Citizen eligible and willing to obtain and maintain one.
Methodologies: Proven track record applying both Waterfall and Agile delivery frameworks.
Software Tools: High proficiency with Microsoft Project and Office 365.
Experience with PPPM platforms ( Dynamics 365 preferred) is highly advantageous.
Commercial Expertise: Hands-on experience delivering both Fixed Price and Time Material projects.
Workplace Preference: Ability to work on-site in Melbourne CBD 3 days per week.
