The opportunity An established Brisbane engineering manufacturer is looking for a Business Development Manager to grow its customer base across mining, OEM and agriculture.
This role suits someone who knows how to uncover a customer's challenge, work with a technical team and turn that conversation into a practical solution.
You'll build on existing relationships while opening doors to new customers and projects.
What you'll bring A strong track record in business development and solution selling An active network across mining, OEM manufacturing or agriculture Confidence engaging customers, understanding their requirements and managing opportunities through to close The ability to work closely with estimators,



engineers and production teams An understanding of CNC machining or precision engineering would be highly regarded You don't need to be a machinist.
You do need to be commercially driven, curious about how things are made and comfortable selling solutions that are shaped around each customer's needs.
