We are seeking a true hospitality professional who takes pride in their work, leads by example on the floor, and is passionate about creating a welcoming and memorable stay for our guests.About the RoleReporting to the Assistant General Manager, this is a hands-on operational role where you will be rostered across all shifts and take full responsibility for the Front Office during your shift.Key responsibilities include:Running the Front Office shift end-to-end, including check-in, check-out and guest servicesActing as the senior team member on duty and making operational decisions when required and taking initiative when it comes to creating a "positive guests experience".
Managing guest feedback and resolving concerns promptly and professionallyEnsuring reservations, billing and rate accuracy are maintainedDriving upselling opportunities and supporting revenue integrityMaintaining presentation,



compliance and procedural standardsSetting clear service expectations through visible leadership on the floorAssisting other departments during peak periods to ensure overall hotel performanceThis role requires availability across weekdays, weekends and public holidays.About YouYou will bring:2-3 years' hotel Front Office experiencePrevious experience as a Senior GSA or SupervisorStrong working knowledge of Opera - Cloud PMS systemsAccor Hotel Distribution and Reservation SystemsProven ability to manage guest escalations independently and make sound decisions under pressureA calm, solutions-focused and accountable approachHigh attention to detail and professional standardsApplicants must have valid Australian working rights.
