Bendigo Day Surgery is a well-established day hospital featuring the Operating Theatres and offering a comprehensive range of surgical specialties including Ophthalmology, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, IVF Surgery, General Surgery, Gastroenterology, Gynaecology, Orthopaedic Surgery, Urology, Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, Podiatric Surgery and Dermatology.
We are seeking a Registered Nurse with experience in anaesthetics to join us on a part-time or casual basis.
To be successful in your application for this position, you will have: 2 years post graduate experience with at least 1-year clinical experience essential in anaesthetics.
Knowledge in the field of high-tech medical equipment; specifically, Anaesthetic machine - care, maintenance and problem solving Exceptional clinical skills Ability to respond to appropriately to emergency situations Understanding of the principles of Infection Control,
