The Senior Practitioner will lead holistic case management for youth aged ***** and their families, mentoring staff and coordinating cross-sector collaborations to deliver integrated education and wellbeing services.You will work with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, develop partnerships, and ensure child protection and risk management standards are met.
