From picking and preparing orders to organising freight and supporting our customers, you'll play an important role in keeping our parts department running smoothly and our customers' equipment moving.This is a great chance for someone with warehousing, picking and packing or parts experience who's keen to develop their skills, work with a supportive team and build a long-term career with William Adams.ABOUT THE ROLEKey responsibilities of this role include:Pick and process Caterpillar parts with speed and accuracy, from small seals and washers to large bucketsUse RF scanning technology to manage parts and inventoryOrganise freight and prepare orders for internal and external customersBuild certified CAT hosesInspect core components for exchange partsMaintain a clean,



organised and safe warehouse environmentSupport the wider Parts team and provide quality customer serviceFollow established processes and contribute to continuous improvementABOUT YOUTo be considered for this role you will have the following skills, experience & attributes:Previous picking, packing or warehousing experience, with a focus on speed and accuracySome experience using RF scanning technologyA positive attitude and willingness to support your teamA strong commitment to safety, health and environmental proceduresA current forklift licence (desirable)Valuable attention to detail and organisational skillsA proactive approach to continuous improvementA reliable, hardworking and team-first attitudeWHY JOIN US?
