Job Description
Group in Albany, Western Australia is seeking X2 Part time Therapeutic Youth Workers to join our excellent southern team.
You will deliver trauma-informed support to help build resilience and empower young people in out-of-home care.
You will work alongside a dedicated team to create safe, structured therapeutic environments, support daily routines, develop individualised care plans, and respond calmly to behavioural needs while promoting independence and positive relationships.
