Make every shift matterAs a Registered Nurse at Fairfield Grange (Townsville), you'll provide compassionate, person-centred care to residents while supporting and guiding a team of Personal Carers and Enrolled Nurses.
You'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with residents and families while playing a key role in helping older Australians live with dignity, comfort and respect.
In this role, you'll:




Deliver high-quality clinical and holistic care to residentsSupport and mentor Personal Carers and Enrolled NursesContribute to care planning and multidisciplinary team discussionsAdminister medications and manage clinical documentationEnsure compliance with aged care standards and best-practice careFoster positive relationships with residents, families and colleaguesHelp create a warm, welcoming and inclusive workplace
About you You may be a parent returning to the workforce, looking to reduce your hours, or seeking a role that offers better balance while still using your clinical skills and experience.
We'll value:
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered NurseMinimum two years' recent nursing experienceDemonstrated clinical competence within aged careStrong communication and relationship-building skillsA genuine passion for caring for older people
