This is an exciting opportunity for a training professional who has successfully delivered large-scale technology change initiatives and can establish and lead a training function across a complex organisation.Key Skills Required:Proven experience leading training workstreams on ERP and/or HRIS implementations.Demonstrated ability to design and deliver training strategies for enterprise-wide transformation programs.Experience managing training teams and coordinating large-scale learning initiatives.Knowledge of Digital Adoption Platforms (DAPs) is highly desirable.Solid stakeholder engagement and communication skills.Ability to operate strategically while also overseeing delivery execution.
