We're looking for experienced bartenders to join the team at High St Hotel in Prahran.What you'll be doingWelcoming guests and creating a friendly, fun atmosphereTaking orders and serving food and beveragesWorking across the bar, floor, bistro and functions depending on the venueProviding great customer service and making every guest feel welcomeKeeping your section clean, organised and ready for serviceWorking closely with the wider FOH and kitchen teams to keep service running smoothlyHelping with venue set-up, pack-down and events when requiredWhat we're looking forPrevious hospitality, bar, restaurant or customer service experienceA genuine passion for hospitality and creating great guest experiencesA positive, energetic attitude and a willingness to get stuck inGood communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a teamSomeone who enjoys a busy environment and doesn't mind being on their feetAvailability across weekends, evenings and public holidaysA current Victorian RSA is essential for front‐of‐house rolesValid Australian working rightsWhat's on Offer?
