PRONTO CONCRETE (a part of Barro Group) is seeking a Concrete Plant Batcher/Shipper whose primary focus will involve batching and allocating concrete in accordance with quality standards and customer requirements and loader/yard dutiesPosition available at Ipswich (Raceview), QldTraining provided - applicants who have a genuine desire to learn and possess the ability should apply.Attractive market competitive remuneration, commensurate with skills and experienceThe key responsibilities:Meet customer requirements by ensuring quality product deliveredAccurate batching of orders utilising the Command Batch computer systemAllocation of trucks ensuring timely concrete deliveriesUndertake batch plant administration including stock control of raw materialsGeneral yard and plant housekeeping and maintenance; loader operationFollow company systems including working safelyThe key skills,



experience and attributes:Knowledge or experience in computerised batching system is desirable but not essential - training providedAn ability to multi task and at times work under pressurePossess an excellent customer service phone mannerCurrent HR driver's licence would be an advantagePossess excellent time management and organisational skillsWell-developed written and verbal communication skillsA proven ability to work within a team environmentThe nature of our work requires you to work as part of a team and you will need to be versatile with how your hours are worked Monday to Saturday as there will be varying start and finish times.Our CompanyBarro Group is a family-owned and operated business founded in ****.
