This opportunity offers an immediate start on Day Shift, with potential for ongoing, long-term employment.About the RoleThis is a hands-on position operating excavators within a quick-paced recycling yard.
You will play a key role in sorting, loading, and processing recyclable materials while supporting safe and efficient site operations.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate excavators (including grab and magnet attachments)Sort, move, and load materials such as concrete, metals, and green wasteFeed fixed and mobile plant equipment (crushers, shredders,



etc.)Conduct daily pre-start checks and basic machine maintenanceAdhere to all workplace health, safety, and environmental proceduresWork closely with site supervisors and team membersAbout YouDemonstrated experience operating excavators in recycling, waste, quarry, or construction environmentsRelevant plant operator tickets/licencesStrong commitment to safety and site proceduresAbility to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environmentReliable, punctual, and a team playerFlexibility to work overtime or weekends when requiredIf you're a skilled excavator operator looking for your next opportunity,
