Trilogy Beauty Co is seeking a talented Nail Technician and Receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis.
This is a dual-function role that combines creative nail artistry with professional front-of-house customer service.
Based in Norwest, NSW ****, this position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic salon environment whilst managing client relationships and administrative tasks.
You will be essential to creating a welcoming experience for our clients whilst delivering exceptional nail services that keep them returning to us.What you'll be doingAs a Nail Technician and Receptionist, your responsibilities will include:Providing high-quality nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel applications, extensions and nail art design to clientsGreeting clients warmly upon arrival and creating a welcoming atmosphere in the salonManaging the reception desk, including answering telephone enquiries and responding to client requests promptlyScheduling appointments efficiently using salon booking systems and managing the daily appointment calendarProcessing payments, handling cash and card transactions, and maintaining accurate financial recordsMaintaining impeccable standards of hygiene and cleanliness in both the nail station and reception areasEnsuring all tools and equipment are properly sterilised in accordance with health and safety regulationsRecommending nail care products and treatments to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenueBuilding and maintaining positive client relationships to encourage repeat business and referralsCollaborating with other team members to ensure smooth salon operationsWhat we're looking forTo succeed in this role,
