Job Description

Pickering Automotive Group is seeking a agile Sales Manager to lead our flagship GWM dealership in Southport, on the Gold Coast. This hands-on role requires active showroom floor leadership, hands-on customer engagement, and a focus on delivering volume, gross profit, and CSI targets.

You will drive the showroom team, manage stock and pricing, coach staff, and collaborate with finance/insurance to maximise outcomes. A proven track record in high-volume automotive retail is essential.
