Western Health is seeking a Maternity Quality and Safety Lead to provide senior clinical leadership across our Women’s and Children’s services. You will drive governance, risk management, accreditation readiness and continuous improvement in a large, complex maternity program.
You will lead a multidisciplinary team, partner with obstetric leaders, and use data to monitor performance, identify risks and deliver woman-centred care with outcomes and staff engagement in mind.
