Job Description
Access To Therapy in Queensland seeks a Skilled Lead Occupational Therapist to lead paediatric OT across Springfield and Ipswich. This full time role focuses on clinical leadership, mentoring and developing a growing OT team, without traditional operations management duties.

You will help shape clinical standards, resources and pathways, onboarding current clinicians (including internationally trained OTs) and maintaining a hands-on caseload while collaborating with Speech Pathology.
