Your Role nn
Drive membership growth through sales, local marketing, and brand presence
n
Support day-to-day club operations and maintain consistent club standards
n
Build strong relationships with members and deliver an outstanding experience
n
Assist with administration,
member enquiries, follow-ups and general club duties
n
Support Club Managers with campaigns, staff development and regional initiatives
n
What You Bring nn
A positive, enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn
n
Strong people skills and confidence communicating with members
n
Sales and/or administration experience is preferred, but not essential
n
Robust organisation and multitasking skills
n
A genuine interest in health, fitness and helping others
n
First Aid & CPR certification or willingness to obtain
n
Confidence working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
n
n
Experience in the fitness industry is not required. We’re looking for someone with the right attitude, robust work ethic and willingness to learn and grow with the business.
