Service Manager – NDIS Disability Services | SIL & Complex Care

This is initially a casual Service Manager position working approximately 3 days per week. As the organisation grows and participant numbers increase, the role is expected to progressively increase in hours, with the potential to move to a full-time, 5-day-per-week position when operational capacity supports it. The Service Manager will have responsibility for approximately 10 -20 participants at full operational capacity, across SIL and community support arrangements. You will be responsible for ensuring participants receive protected, consistent and high-quality supports while leading workforce coordination, rostering, compliance and operational planning.

Key responsibilities
n
Oversee day-to-day service operations across allocated participants and SIL homes.
n
Ensure services are delivered safely, consistently and in accordance with participant needs.
n
Identify operational issues early and implement practical solutions.
n
Develop and maintain effective participant and staff rosters.
n
Proactively identify and resolve roster gaps.
n
Build reliable backup staffing capacity.
n
Coordinate recruitment, interviews,
onboarding and workforce planning.
n
Ensure adequate staffing is available to support service continuity.
n
Maintain oversight of participant wellbeing, support delivery and service quality.
n
Ensure participant care plans, health plans and support documentation are current.
n
About you
n
Experienced in NDIS service management, preferably within SIL or complex support.
n
Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
n
Solid in rostering and workforce planning.
n
Confident managing staff and resolving operational issues.
n
Experienced with NDIS compliance, documentation and audit preparation.
n
Proactive rather than reactive.
n
A robust problem solver who takes ownership of tasks.
n
Relevant qualification in Disability, Community Services, Individual Support or related field.
n
NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
n
Blue Card.
