We're looking for an energetic, highly organised Events & Partnerships Coordinator to join our growing Marketing team at Global X ETFs Australia.

From major industry conferences and roadshows to webinars, client events and strategic partnership activations, you'll play a key role in helping us connect with financial advisers, dealer groups and investors across Australia.What You'll Be DoingYou'll take ownership of the coordination and delivery of our events and partnerships program, including:Managing the end-to-end delivery of conferences, roadshows, webinars, roundtables and client eventsCoordinating event logistics including venues, registrations, suppliers, travel, catering and attendee communicationsSupporting sponsorship and partnership activations to ensure every opportunity delivers maximum impactWorking closely with internal stakeholders,



external partners and suppliers to create exceptional event experiencesAssist with the development and distribution of adviser communications, invitations and supporting marketing collateralSupporting broader marketing campaigns, product launches and adviser engagement initiativesTracking event outcomes and identifying opportunities to continuously improve results and attendee experiencesAbout YouYou'll bring:2-5 years' experience in events, marketing, partnerships or sponsorship coordinationOutstanding organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong attention to detail and a passion for delivering quality outcomesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience using CRM and marketing platforms highly regardedA proactive, solutions-focused approach and a willingness to roll up your sleevesExperience in financial services, wealth management or professional services is welcome, but not essentialPlease NoteOut-of-hours work and interstate travel may be required to host and manage events.Applicants must have the right to work in Australia.
