As the first point of contact for our clients and their beloved pets, our reception team plays an essential role in creating a welcoming and positive experience from the moment clients walk through our doors.
You will work closely with our veterinarians and nursing team to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our busy veterinary practice.About the RoleThis is a full-time position suited to someone who is professional, approachable and enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment.Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Welcoming clients and their pets and providing warm, friendly customer serviceManaging appointments and coordinating the daily diaryAnswering telephone calls and responding to email enquiriesProcessing payments and handling general billing enquiriesMaintaining accurate and up-to-date client and patient recordsLiaising with veterinarians and veterinary nurses to support the smooth running of the practiceAssisting clients with empathy, professionalism and understanding, particularly during difficult or emotional circumstancesProviding information to clients regarding appointments, treatments and general practice servicesGeneral reception, administration and practice support dutiesHelping to maintain a clean,
