You'll be an important part of the production team,



helping turn quality products into finished goods ready for customers.Your day will include:Operating production and packaging machineryMonitoring equipment and production processesKeeping materials stocked and production movingAssisting with product and packaging changeoversPerforming quality checks throughout productionMaking basic machine adjustments and troubleshootingPacking and preparing finished productsMaintaining a clean, organised and safe production areaCompleting production records and documentationFollowing food safety, quality and WHS proceduresWorking closely with the wider team to keep production on trackWhat are we looking for?
We're after someone who is reliable, switched-on and ready to get stuck in.You'll ideally have:Previous experience in production, manufacturing, FMCG, food & beverage or packagingExperience operating production or packaging machineryGood mechanical aptitudeStrong attention to detailA positive, reliable and hardworking attitudeA robust focus on safety and qualityThe ability to follow procedures and production requirementsThe ability to work well as part of a teamA willingness to learn and growA current LF Forklift Licence and relevant manufacturing qualifications will be highly regarded.This isn't just another production job.You'll be joining Noah's Creative Juices as we build a brand-new operation, giving you the opportunity to be part of the team that gets things moving from day one.If you're someone who takes pride in your work, loves being hands-on and wants to grow with a business, we'd love to hear from you!
