Working closely with operational teams, you'll establish daily priorities, manage equipment staging and transport activities, and provide leadership to yard personnel and contractors to deliver outstanding operational performance.
Your typical day will focus onManaging daily yard operations and yard triage activitiesCoordinating truck movements, equipment staging and hire schedulesOverseeing loading zones and ensuring safe equipment movement throughout the yardPlanning and prioritising work orders to meet operational and customer requirementsLeading, coaching and supporting yard employees and contractorsAllocating resources and managing daily workflow to optimise operational performanceUsing internal systems and technology to monitor activities and drive efficiencyBuilding strong relationships with transport providers, operational teams and key stakeholdersIdentifying opportunities for continuous improvement across safety,
