warehouse staff and external sales representatives to deliver practical solutions and great service.Your responsibilities will include:Preparing quotations and processing customer ordersProviding outstanding customer serviceBuilding and maintaining solid customer relationshipsAssisting customers with product selection and solutionsWorking closely with sales and warehouse teamsIdentifying opportunities to add value and grow customer accountsAbout youYou don't necessarily need HVAC experience.
What matters most is your attitude, customer focus and willingness to learn.You may currently be working in HVAC, electrical or plumbing wholesale, building products, internal sales, customer service or another trade supply environment.You'll likely have:Strong communication and relationship-building skillsA positive and practical attitudeGood organisational and computer skillsThe willingness to learn products and develop your careerPrevious HVAC or trade wholesale experience will be highly regarded, but it is not essential.About Air AdditionsAir Additions supplies air conditioning and air movement products to wholesale, commercial, industrial and residential customers across Queensland and Western Australia.
