We are looking for workers who are comfortable supporting a diverse range of participants and clients and can adapt their approach to each person's individual needs.Previous experience working in disability support, aged care, children's services, youth work, community services or similar roles will be highly regarded.About the RoleAs a Support Worker, you will provide individualised support based on each person's needs, preferences, goals and support plan.Duties may include:Social and community participationAssistance with daily living activitiesPersonal care where requiredDomestic assistance and household tasksTransport to appointments, activities and community eventsSupporting independence and development of everyday living skillsProviding age-appropriate support to children and young peopleSupporting older people to remain safe, independent and connected within their homes and communitiesCompanionship and social supportSupporting routines, emotional regulation and community engagementFollowing individual support plans, care plans and risk management strategiesCompleting accurate case notes and required documentationCommunicating professionally with participants, clients,



families and other professionalsSupporting Children & Young PeopleSome of the people we support are children and young people.We are looking for workers who are comfortable, patient and confident working with children and their families.Experience supporting children or young people is desirable, particularly within disability, youth work, education, childcare, behavioural support or community services.Workers must be able to build positive relationships while maintaining appropriate professional boundaries and following individual support strategies.Supporting Older PeopleOur team also provides support to older people living within our regional communities.Applicants should be comfortable working with older clients and providing respectful, dignified and person-centred support.This may include assistance with daily living, domestic tasks, community access, appointments, companionship and helping clients maintain their independence at home.Previous aged care or home care experience is highly regarded, particularly experience supporting older people with changing mobility, health or daily living needs.About YouWe're looking for people who are:Compassionate, patient and respectfulComfortable working with children, adults and older peopleReliable and committed to providing consistent supportComfortable working independently in people's homes and within the communityConfident communicating with participants, clients, children,
