What you will do:Prepare and cook quality dishes in line with our menu and standardsWork collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver a smooth serviceMaintain a clean and organised work area, ensuring food safety standards are metBring quality and passion to every plateLiaising with front of house team members regarding the availability of items, additions and relevant changes to the menu;Providing assistance with ordering of food itemsMaintaining a clean and tidy work areaEnsuring all equipment is appropriately maintained and cleanedAccurately and timely completion of all tasks, as per service requirements.Ensure strict stock rotation and minimum wastage.
