You'll coordinate assessment, calculation, communication, payment and record rectification, making sure every case is handled accurately and delivers a fair outcome for members and providers.This is a specialist role suited to someone who enjoys managing complex, end to end cases independently, applying sound judgement,
and supporting others along the way.What You'll DoCalculate and validate remediation payments in line with approved methodologies and financial controlsTake end to end ownership of assigned remediation cases from assessment through to closureInvestigate payment discrepancies and resolve issues in line with proceduresMaintain accurate records, audit trails and supporting documentationAct as the primary point of contact for assigned cases, responding to member and provider enquiriesManage sensitive or complex cases with professionalism, empathy and sound judgementPerform quality assurance checks across policy updates, calculations and communicationsSupport and coach Premium Administration Coordinators on case management and quality requirementsWork closely with various internal teams to deliver accurate outcomesWhat You'll NeedExperience in policy administration, remediation or a regulated environmentStrong numerical skills with experience calculating or validating financial outcomes is desirableHigh attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and quality assuranceExperience managing customer enquiries, including complaints or dispute resolutionConfidence working with systems, spreadsheets and case management toolsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProven ability to manage workloads, meet deadlines and work within SLAsSound judgement and the ability to identify and elevate risksWhat's Next?
