Customer Service and Reception CoordinatorThe Tshirt Mill is a custom apparel printing business based in Newstead, working with corporate clients, sports teams, event organisers and everyday customers across Australia.
We're looking for someone who's genuinely great with people, on the phone and face-to-face, to be the first point of contact for our customers.
You'll spend most of your day on the phone and in the showroom: taking calls, talking customers through their options, and making sure everyone who walks through our door feels looked after.
There's also some time on the production floor helping with packing, dispatch and quality checks on bulk orders.If you're a confident communicator who enjoys talking to people and solving problems on the spot, we'd love to hear from you.
Full training is provided, so prior experience with our systems isn't essential.Day to dayAnswering a busy phone line with a friendly, professional mannerTalking customers through products,
