Stock Controller / Delivery Coordinator - Q AutomotiveCapalaba, Full Time, AutomotivePlease Quote Reference Number *****Experienced Administrator or Automotive backgroundCompetitive hourly rate on offer for experienceOne of Australia's largest private dealer groupsWe're looking for a highly organised, reliable Stock Controller / Delivery Coordinator to join our busy dealership group in Capalaba, supporting Moreton Bay Ford, Moreton Bay Suzuki and Omoda Jaecoo Capalaba.This is a great chance for someone with experience in vehicle registration, stock control, dealership administration or coordination who is ready for a change and wants a varied role within a supportive automotive environment.What you'll be doing:Coordinating vehicle deliveries and preparationManaging vehicle movements, transport bookings and stock locationsAssisting with vehicle registration and Queensland Transport requirementsCoordinating with workshop, parts,



sales and external suppliersRaising purchase orders and managing administrative paperworkTracking vehicle workflow and ensuring everything is ready for deliveryAssisting with registration overflow when requiredProviding general administrative and dealership coordination supportYou might be a great fit if you have:Previous registration clerk / vehicle registration, stock control or inventory experienceAutomotive dealership administration or general administration experienceStrong attention to detail and excellent organisational skillsThe ability to juggle multiple priorities and keep things movingConfidence communicating with sales, workshop, parts and external suppliersQueensland Transport (QT) experience - particularly registration overflow would be highly regardedExperience with dealership systems such as Pentana or Titan DMS would be an advantageWe'd ideally like someone full-time, Monday-Friday, however, we're open to the right person looking for part-time hours, with arrangements such as 9am-3pm potentially available.If you're organised, practical, enjoy keeping things on track and are looking for a fresh opportunity in the automotive industry, we'd love to hear from you.Stock Controller / Delivery Coordinator - Q Automotive Eastern Suburbs Brisbane, QLD, AU
