QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum Certificate IV in Mental Health, Disability, Community Services or related field.




Or willingness to commence study.We are looking for an experienced support worker to join our growing team.The support worker will report to their team leader for the provision of mental health support work duties including:Engaging people with complex mental health issues and support needsUsing a coaching model, supporting NDIS participants in achieving their individual goalsIdentify, report and manage client related risk issuesKeywork as well as work within care teamsProvide direction to other Forbes Allied Services staff members involved in care teamsSUCCESSFUL APPLICANTS MUST HAVE:Relevant experience in working in a similar roleStrong organisational and communication skillsCurrent satisfactory police check and working with children's checkBe willing to undertake Cert 4 mental health
