West HQ in Sydney is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Team Leader (Casual) to join our hospitality team.
You will help lead, train and motivate staff across outlets, drive guest satisfaction and oversee daily service operations.This hands-on role requires robust leadership, keen attention to detail, POS knowledge and flexibility to work weekdays and weekends on a rotating roster.
You will assist with wage costs, stock checks and maintaining service standards.
