We are seeking a committed and professional Part time Accounts Payable to join our team at O.P. Industries Pty Ltd in Wangaratta, VIC.
Hours will be Mon-Thurs 9.00am - 3.00pm Friday 8am - 5pm (30hrs per week)What you'll be doingHandling incoming calls and customer serviceAccounts Payable - processing and data input of invoices, purchase orders and amendmentsPayment of accounts as advised by the Accounts ManagerWhat we're looking forStrong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectivelyProficient in the use of standard office equipment and software, including Microsoft Office suite.Accounting package Timberline Office, training will be provided.Experience is essential in Accounts Payable.What we offerAt O.P.
