Early Childhood Educator I Childcare TraineeQualification: An ACECQA-recognised early childhood qualification, or willingness to obtain one through a traineeship.

professional boundaries and sound judgementStrong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)Strong knowledge of Child Protection legislation and responsibilitiesSound understanding of the National Law and Regulations, National Quality Framework and National Quality StandardExcellent verbal and written communication skillsA willingness to reflect, learn, receive feedback and be accountable for your practiceA minimum of two professional refereesQualifications and experience matter, but so does who you are and what you bring to the lives of children each day.
