Come help us build two Australian brands going places.Why this role is differentThis isn't just an admin job.And it isn't just a warehouse job.You'll sit right at the heart of our day-to-day business, working across Organic Collagen Australia and Genius Pet Products.One minute you might be helping a customer with an order.
The next you'll be picking and packing products for one of our distributors.
Then you might be organising something for the office, helping Marketing prepare for a campaign, assisting Product Development with samples, or helping our CEO pull something together.We need someone who enjoys variety and genuinely likes being useful.You won't hear "that's not in my job description" very often around here.You'll be involved in...Being the friendly, capable front line of customer service across both brandsPicking, packing and dispatching customer orders accurately and efficientlyPreparing larger distributor and wholesale ordersHelping coordinate distributor requirements, orders and logisticsSupporting stock control,



inventory and general warehouse organisationKeeping our office and Head Office operations running smoothlyGeneral administration, data entry, filing and correspondenceAssisting our Operations team wherever an extra pair of capable hands is neededSupporting our Brand & Growth team with marketing activities, events, samples, PR packs and campaignsHelping our New Product Development team with samples, products, deliveries and general coordinationProviding practical administrative assistance to the CEO when requiredJumping in on those random jobs that inevitably appear when you're part of a growing business!
