Taree Railway Institute Bowling Club is seeking a Bar Steward Level 5 to join our hospitality team in Taree NSW ****.
This is a casual position that offers flexibility whilst maintaining the high standards our establishment is known for.
As a Bar Steward Level 5, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our bar operations, ensuring exceptional service standards and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all our guests.
This position is essential to the smooth running of our service operations and contributes directly to our reputation for excellence in hospitality.Key responsibilitiesMaintain exceptional cleanliness and organisation standards throughout the bar area, including glassware, bottles and equipmentPrepare and stock the bar with beverages, garnishes and supplies as requiredManage inventory of bar supplies and report stock levels to managementOperate bar equipment safely and efficiently, including dishwashers, refrigeration units and beverage dispensers, also POS and gaming equipmentComply with health and safety regulations and responsible service of alcohol guidelinesSupport the bar team in delivering prompt and professional customer serviceMaintain personal hygiene and appearance standards in line with hospitality requirementsContribute to a positive team environment and assist colleagues as neededResponsibility for lock upsAccurate cash handling of safe and tillsWillingness to engage with lower level staff to assist them in achieving higher skillsWhat we're looking forPrevious experience working in a hospitality environmentKnowledge of bar, cellar,
