WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Civil Labouring:
General civil labouring and site supportAssisting with conduits, kerbs, footpaths and bio basinsGrade checking, levelling and site preparationSpotting plant and assisting machinery operatorsRetaining wall and concrete sleeper installation assistanceGeneral site clean-up and maintaining a safe work environment
General Labouring:
Manual handling, lifting and moving materialsStacking and organising products and materialsAssisting with production and warehouse operationsUsing hand and power tools where requiredMaintaining a clean, protected and organised work areaWorking alongside a team to meet daily targets
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Reliable, punctual and hardworking individualsPrevious civil, construction, warehouse or general labouring experience highly regardedCurrent White Card for civil construction opportunitiesPhysically fit and capable of repetitive manual handlingStrong work ethic and positive attitudeRoller operating experience and relevant tickets highly regarded for suitable civil projectsAbility to pass a pre-employment Drug & Alcohol test (mandatory for certain roles)Own reliable transport and driver's licence highly regarded
