You'll be involved in:Providing general administration and office supportAnswering phones and communicating with clientsData entry and keeping client information and systems up to dateFollowing up leads and helping generate appointmentsSupporting the mortgage broker with day-to-day client managementCreating and posting social media content across TikTok, Instagram and other platformsLearning the mortgage broking process and developing your knowledge of the industryBuilding your confidence in client communication, sales and lead generationWhat we're looking forWe're open to candidates from a range of backgrounds.
