In a busy feedlot and farming operation, downtime isn't an option.
When a machine goes down, the pressure is on, and you'll be the person who makes sure the team has what they need to get back up and running fast.This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can prioritise on the fly, and takes pride in keeping things moving - no matter what the day throws at them.What You'll Be DoingManaging parts inventory and job records using Gearbox maintenance management softwareReceiving, checking, and organising parts and consumablesPicking and preparing parts for jobs and maintaining accurate stock levelsRunning urgent parts pickups from local suppliers as needed - often at short noticeLiaising with technicians and suppliers in a professional mannerKeeping the parts store and workshop clean, tidy,



and well-organisedPitching in with general workshop duties as requiredSupporting basic maintenance training for equipment operatorsWhat You'll BringMechanical aptitude or solid experience with spare partsMinimum 1 year in a mechanical or spare parts environmentConfident computer skills - inventory and ordering systems are a mustThe ability to think on your feet and prioritise under pressureStrong organisational skills and high attention to detail - even when things are moving fastA team-first attitude with explicit, professional communicationCurrent driver's licence (forklift licence a bonus)Physically fit and committed to safe work practicesThe ability to work independently and take ownership of your spaceA 'get in and get it done' mindset - this one is non-negotiableWillingness to obtain a Q Fever vaccinationWhy Condabri Beef?
