At Carrington, we are committed to providing quality care for our Consumers so they can live a happier, healthier more independent life.The OpportunityAs a Hotel Services Team Leader, you will ensure quality services are provided within your assigned Residential Care Facility.
Your co-ordination & preparation for meal services, presentation, plating and serving of meals ensure our residents have an enjoyable eating experience, while catering to their nutritional and dietary needs.
Likewise you will ensure resident's rooms are clean, tidy and hygienically maintained, enabling residents to move around safely and supporting their wellbeing.
We currently have a Part Time chance available, with shifts starting no earlier than 6:00am and finishing by 7:30pm across a fortnightly roster.Responsibilities:Leading,



coaching and supporting servery & housekeeping staff, including conducting one-to-one and team meetingsManaging employee performance, attendance and compliance requirementsMonitoring menus and providing dietary aid for residentsProviding excellent customer services, including supporting resident escalations and service-related enquiriesContributing to service improvements and operational outcomesAbout YouExperience leading or supervising teams within a food service, hospitality or catering environment.Strong communication skills and reliability with the ability to motivate, support and develop team members.Proven ability to coordinate daily operations and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.A collaborative approach with a can-do attitude and passion for contributing to positive patient and customer experiences.Driver's license and reliable transportFlexible to work a variety of shifts - early/late shifts & weekend workRight to work in AustraliaWillingness to complete a pre-employment assessment and obtain an NDIS Worker check clearanceEnjoy Our BenefitsAccess to full not-for-profit Salary Packaging, making up to $18,550 of your income tax-free!
