We are looking for a creative and organised Social Media & Content Creator to join our passionate team!
The role is hands‐on and varied, covering social media content, video editing, graphics, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, while helping shape how the EQC Institute brand is presented online.
Working closely with our marketing team and manager, there will be clear direction around campaigns and brand priorities, along with plenty of room to bring fresh ideas to the table.What you'll be doingCreating graphics, videos, Reels, TikToks and social media contentEditing existing photo and video content using CapCut or similar toolsManaging and scheduling content across Instagram, TikTok and YouTubeDeveloping new content ideas and supporting campaignsKeeping the brand consistent, current and engaging onlineHelping grow engagement and awareness across our social channelsWhy you'll love this roleThere's plenty of creative freedom, lots of existing content to work with and the chance to see your work published across a growing brand.You'll also have support from an established marketing team,



so the role isn't about doing everything alone.
It's about creating great content, contributing ideas and helping bring campaigns to life.About youWe're looking for someone with a robust eye for content and a good understanding of what works across social media.Ideally, you'll be:Confident creating and editing short‐form videoComfortable using Instagram, TikTok and YouTubeHappy to appear in social media content and videos when neededCreative, organised and able to work to deadlinesAble to turn existing content into something fresh and engagingComfortable contributing ideas and working as part of a teamCapCut, Canva or similar content creation tools will be a big part of the role.
