At ERA Care, we're passionate about making a difference in the lives of people with disability.We're currently looking for experienced and reliable Casual Disability Support Workers to join our growing team, with opportunities across Brisbane's northside and Caboolture.This role involves supporting participants with complex needs, so we are looking for professionals who are confident and can bring demonstrated experience in delivering high-quality, person-centred support in more challenging environments.You'll also have the opportunity to support participants to engage in meaningful and enjoyable experiences, including community outings and activities that promote connection, confidence, and independence.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist clients with daily activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasksHelp clients achieve their goals in line with their NDIS planProvide companionship and emotional supportSupport clients in the community with transport and participation in social activitiesAdminister and manage medicationManual handling assistance when neededBuilding positive relationships with clients, families,
