The RoleThe Maintenance Customer Service Officer role is part of the ACH Group Property Division based at Glenelg.
This casual role, with up to 20 hours rostered per week, reporting to the Maintenance Customer Service Supervisor and is responsible for the delivery of an excellent customer service experience to all ACH Group Staff, Residents, supporting contractors and other associated stakeholders.
Key to the role is to undertake a range of administrative processes that effectively facilitates systems and processes associated with the management of all maintenance tasks.What you'll doProvide high level Customer Service via phone and email to internal and external stakeholdersRaise Purchase OrdersOrganise quotations from contractorsCoordination with staff and contractors to attend sites for gardening and maintenance issuesEvaluating and responding appropriately to feedback from customers and stakeholders Ordering and coordination of uniformsAdministration duties including data entry, preparation and distribution of job sheets, maintenance and updating of data bases, filing, archiving, reporting and document control.Inbound and Outbound phone callsAbout youYou are a talented and passionate Customer Service qualified with a commitment to the team, someone who enjoys a positive,
