You will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the day-to-day operations of our busy optometry practice.What you'll be doingGreeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and skilled mannerAssisting customers with frame selection and providing advice on lens optionsMinor optical repairs and adjustmentsProcessing sales transactions and handling cash and card paymentsMaintaining a clean and organised work environmentRestocking and organising optical display areasWhat we're looking forPrevious experience as an Optical Dispenser/Assistant (preferred) or in a customer service industryStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with customersA keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently and accuratelyGreat computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systemsA positive, friendly,
