We specialise in the design, construction, commissioning and maintenance of high-voltage infrastructure supporting Australia's energy transition, including substations, switchyards, transmission infrastructure and grid connections for renewable energy and battery storage projects.With over 850 employees and offices across Adelaide, Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth, CPP partners with Australia's major transmission network providers, generators and developers to deliver critical energy infrastructure across the country.With a strong pipeline of secured work, join us as we help deliver Australia's renewable energy future.The OpportunityDue to continued growth and a strong pipeline of projects, we are seeking a Project Engineer to join our South Australian project delivery team.Based in Adelaide, you will play an important role in the delivery of major high-voltage infrastructure projects, including substations, switchyards and grid connections for Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and renewable energy projects.Working alongside experienced Project Managers and site teams, you will be involved across the full project lifecycle, supporting engineering coordination, procurement, construction, commissioning, quality, cost and schedule management,



reporting and stakeholder engagement.This is a hands‐on project delivery role with exposure across both office and site environments.
You will work closely with engineering, construction, subcontractors, suppliers and clients to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with technical and contractual requirements.The role provides an excellent opportunity to further develop your project delivery capability within a specialist high-voltage EPC contractor while contributing to some of Australia's most significant energy infrastructure projects.About YouDesired Skills and ExperienceTo Be Successful In This Role, You Will PossessA bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical EngineeringDemonstrated experience delivering high-voltage electrical infrastructure, ideally including substations, switchyards or associated transmission infrastructureExperience working within construction or project delivery environmentsWorking knowledge of EPC project delivery, including design, procurement, construction and commissioningStrong coordination, problem‐solving and decision‐making skillsThe ability to effectively manage priorities across multiple project activitiesProven ability to work collaboratively with project teams, contractors,
